2020 proved to be a very difficult year for ultra running in Australia with so many races being cancelled as a result of Covid restrictions. 2021 started with a lot more optimism with races back on the calendar and runners very keen to once again compete.
The competition has been strong with great participation resulting in some outstanding results. So far to date, we have had a good number of men and women’s age group records together with an excellent men’s world age group record being achieved.
