Tassie Trail Fest takes place within the beautiful Cataract Gorge & the Trevallyn Nature Reserve, Launceston’s own piece of wilderness. The course includes technical trail, stair climbs, suspension bridges and beautiful river views – a must for every runner, new or experienced to trail running. Event distances include Tasmania’s first & only 100 mile as well as 100km, 50km, 25km & 11km plus a night run and kids 1km. The generous 36-hour cut off time for both miler and 100km can make those finish line dreams come true. Just remember the full 160km course contains a soul-destroying, quad-crushing 7,800 meters of elevation gain – can you go under 24 hours for a silver belt buckle?
