SERIES DESCRIPTION:
The City Run is the second event in a two-event summer series (the Sizzlin’ Series), with each event visiting a separate segment of the Torrens River Linear Pathway. The first event, the Sun Run (3 Jan 2021), follows the Torrens River Linear Pathways a bit north of the city. The second event, the City Run, follows the Torrens River Linear Path along the Torrens River, using the Weir Loop.

Participants who complete distances in both events are eligible to purchase a Series medal.

COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The City Run starts/finishes at Bonython Park (next to the kiosk) and follows the 7.5km Weir Loop along the River Torrens, taking in a few iconic Adelaide-an sites. Distances of more than 7.5 km will involve more than one loop.

There will be one aid station on the course. It is present at the start/finish of each loop and is passed approximately every 7.5km. The aid station has lollies, hydration, and first aid. A bag drop is available at the aid station

BIB COLLECTION, RACE BRIEFING, & START LOCATION:
Bib collection is exclusively available on the day, starting 30 minutes prior to one’s elected distance’s start time. The race briefing begins promptly 15 minutes prior to a distance’s start time.
The start location is in Bonython Park, at the clearly marked aid station next to the marque.
PRICES:
Between $5-$95, depending on distance and registration period. Series discounts available – just choose ‘register for the series’ instead of ‘register for an individual event’ when prompted through the event registration link.
