The Australian 24 Hour Track Invitational is an elite level event for record setting and as an ideal qualifier for the Australian 24 Hour team. The event is strategically created with ideal conditions to provide 24 hour runners with a near perfect race for them to reach their full 24 hour distance potential.

Additional to the Invitational Race, the Open 24 Hour Race runs separately in lane 6 at the same time. Ideal for runners who don’t quite meet the invitational qualifying standards, but still want to reach their full 24 hour distance potential in ideal race conditions. There are no qualifying standards that need to be met to enter the Open Race.
