EVENT DESCRIPTION:
‘Antsy for Anstey’ is GoodRunnings’ fifth annual trail run held in the infamous Anstey Hill Recreation Park – with the course now consisting of MULTIPLE tracks. If you’re doing 6km, you’re still exclusively on the Yellowtail loop. If you’re doing 10km or greater, you’ll see far more. We’re using two different 10km loops (each comprised of about 3 trails) which are alternated between in various ways depending on your distance. See event page and maps for more details.
AID STATION:
There will be two aid stations on the course. The first aid station is at the start/finish of each lap and the second aid station is located where the Yellowtail Loop and Bursaria Hike Loop separate. Runners are recommended to bring their own hydration supplies if they feel they need more water. The aid stations will have lollies, hydration, and first aid supplies.
BIB COLLECTION, RACE BRIEFING, & START LOCATION:
Bib collection is exclusively available on the day, starting 30 minutes prior to the wave’s start time. The race briefing will begin promptly 15 minutes prior to each wave’s start time. All participants will be expected to socially distance during the briefing, at the start line, and on course.
EARLY/LATE STARTS:
A 6:00 early start will be available to those who arrange it during registration. A late start of up to 2 hours is available to those who arrange it, with written notice and acceptable reason. Early and late starters are not eligible for podium recognition.

We proudly work with local businesses to provide you with a more immersive experience in the local region. We send all entrants a ‘Things to Enjoy’ pamphlet, highlighting the local tastes, sounds, and experiences in the area – encouraging the runners to not just make a day out of their event, but make a weekend out of it. We also gain sponsors in the local communit who donate vouchers for spot prizes, encouraging runners to enjoy their surroundings even further.
Check back on the webpage to learn more about our local sponsors.
GoodRunnings proudly supports Women’s Safety Services SA’s NADVS (Northern Adelaide Domestic Violence Services) to help local women and children rise above domestic violence and thrive. $5 from every registration of this event goes towards NADVS.
