Great Ocean Walk 100kms Trail Ultra, Vic Hume & Hovell Ultra, NSW Washpool World Heritage Trails, NSW The Great Ocean Walk 100kms Trail Run kicked off Saturday morning (October 14) in Apollo Bay, Vic and AURA had 21 members registered to run the event, including 2016 winner Damian Smith. Nerang 100 Miler, Qld Fuxian Lake Highland Ultra, China Yet again, we saw incredible sportsmanship and fortitude by AURA members in the last two days, with ultra events held in Queensland and abroad in China. Starting locally, AURA kept an eye on the Nerang 100 Miler which kicked off Saturday morning near the Gold Coast. Runners hit a looped 25kms course across six divisions – 100mi, 100kms, 50mi, 50kms, 25kms and relay teams. Yurrebilla Ultra, SA WTF, WA Brisbane Track Ultra, Qld Sri Chinmoy Trail Ultra, ACT This weekend (Sept 23 and 24) showcased an array of events, including the AURA National Short Course Trails Championships, that truly tested AURA members and they all did their finest with determination and hard work paying off.
