Where: Gold Coast hinterland, Qld. From Nerang to Mt Tamborine and return. The start and finish is at the cycling velodrome, Nerang. The turnaround is at the TV tower on Tamborine Mountain, visible for much of the outward journey.
Status: Approx 62 km race, part trail, part road. Of the 31 km out, the first 18 km is on undulating forest trails and the remaining 13 km is on bitumen road with a steep uphill. Check the view from the top, see banner pic above and then return along the same route.
